Product Designer

Full time, permanent

Remote (United Kingdom) or Hybrid (Manchester, UK)

We’re looking for a senior Product Designer to join our team!

You’ll need excellent visual design skills to help us design a suite of new products and features for our white-label wellbeing platform.

You will ideate, sketch, prototype, test, and design high fidelity visuals across both native mobile and web platforms, working in collaboration with designers, developers and project managers to craft the best possible experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Contributing to new product features end-to-end, through discovery, design and iteration.
  • Communicating design decisions and concepts to the rest of the team through user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity visuals and prototypes.
  • Utilising and helping to shape our modular design system across all products.
  • Handling in-house design requests to fix and improve usability issues in production.
  • Partnering with the development team to ensure designs are implemented to a high standard and the user experience is top quality.
  • Managing your time effectively, across multiple requests to meet deadlines.

Your Skills

Extensive experience as a product designer (mid-weight to senior level)

You have a good understanding of design principles for both web and mobile and can demonstrate end-to-end design skills from ideation and user flows through to production ready designs and prototypes. You design for the user, but also are aware of the technical constraints and business requirements that define a product.

Impressive portfolio

An eye for great design and excellent attention to detail is demonstrated in your portfolio. You have strong visual design skills – layout, typography, colour and interaction design, which is showcased across a variety of project examples.

Driven and self-motivated

Working remotely, you should be able to manage your own time, process and workflow. You may have to shuffle a handful of projects and multiple requests while being mindful of priorities.

Strong communication

You have exceptional English language skills (written and verbal) and can clearly communicate design decisions and concepts to other stakeholders. You are experienced in collaborating with designers and other members of the team across disciplines to achieve great results.

Salary based on experience.
